Sometimes it has to be faster and easier than usual. This apple pie is really idiot-proof and you have it ready in no time.
The fastest apple pie
Today we have one of our fastest and easiest cakes on the blog. If you assume that you don’t want to make the puff pastry yourself 😉 But just take a look for yourself:
Ingredients for the fastest apple pie
1 roll puff pastry
3 to 4 tablespoons apple syrup
vanilla ice cream
Lay out a baking sheet with baking paper and puff pastry and form a small edge by folding down the edges once. Spread the dough with apple syrup.
Core three red apples and cut them into thin slices. Cut the slices once in the middle into half moons.
Now lay out the apple slices on top of each other in about three rows.
Let the apple pie bake for about 20 minutes in the oven at 190°C degrees.
Let the cake cool down and serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Yammy!
