Low Carb Recipe: 10 minutes dinner
This recipe is extremely quick to prepare and super delicious.
Broccoli, Chicken and Tomato Mozzarella
400g chicken breast
2 teaspoons pesto
2 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp chicken spice
Divide the broccoli into small tubes and cook in boiling salted water for 5-10 minutes until al dente.
Marinate the chicken breast with olive oil and Cape Herbs spice and fry in a pan.
Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices and spread the pesto over them.
Serve everything together and enjoy!
