Health for people, animals and habitats.
Hello everybody! we want to speak about health for people, animals and habitats. But what is holistic health?
Health. When it is there, we usually do not notice it. When it leaves us, we miss it. But just like love, health cannot be forced, it cannot be held, it cannot be tamed, it cannot be imprisoned and it cannot be bought. Holism or holistic is the concept of emphasizing the importance of the whole and the interdependence of its parts. So, what is holistic healing? Holistic Healing is the practice of health and wellness that considers the entire person and all of the internal and external factors affecting them.
So you can’t “do” health, you can only “be” healthy. Therefore, health is a condition that we can experience individually and in different ways. Health is a physical-psychological process that is constantly in motion and development, so nothing static. We cannot simply reduce health to a few laboratory values or to freedom from symptoms. Nor does health affect the body alone. The inner emotional world and the attitudes towards life play just as important a role as the social environment and the relationship to nature. Holistic healing seeks to maintain or restore balance among (and within) the various dimensions of the individual. Rather than focusing on a specific condition or even an illness, holistic healing addresses all parts of the individual and their life.
The role of living space in relation to health is very important, but so far it has often been underestimated or ignored. Awareness of the connection between health and lifestyle, body and mind, human being and habitat play an essential role.
Holistic healing considers the whole person by including their mind, body, spirit, and heart in treatment considerations. As such, holistic healing can be used to describe many different types of interventions or practices, as long as they hold this perspective. Another way of looking at it is that holistic healing or holistic medicine is the actions we take to promote holistic health. If interference fields are found in the habitat, they are also reflected in human health. And vice versa. Pro Energetic always looks at health from all sides and for all sides. Therefore: Holistic health for humans, animals and living space.
How can this health be achieved?
What does holism mean to you? You find the word creeping up more and more, into all types of industries, from medicine to marketing, professional services to food preparation. Holistic health is the unity or connection of body, mind and soul. If this connection is blocked or interrupted, symptoms can occur.
More and more research is showing that the key to lifelong good health is what experts call “lifestyle medicine” — making simple changes in diet, exercise, and stress management. To help you turn that knowledge into results, we’ve put together this manageable list of health and wellness suggestions.
We asked three experts, a naturopathic physician, a dietitian, and a personal trainer that to tell us the top five simple but significant lifestyle-medicine changes they recommend.
1. Think positive and focus on gratitude
Research shows a healthy positive attitude helps build a healthier immune system and boosts overall health. Your body believes what you think, so focus on the positive.
2. Eat your vegetables
Shoot for five servings of vegetables a day — raw, steamed, or stir-fried. A diet high in vegetables is associated with a reduced risk of developing cancers of the lung, colon, breast, cervix, esophagus, stomach, bladder, pancreas, and ovaries. And many of the most powerful phytonutrients are the ones with the boldest colors — such as broccoli, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, grapes, and leafy greens.
3.Set A “5-meal ideal”
What, when, and how much you eat can keep both your metabolism and your energy levels steadily elevated, so you’ll have more all-day energy. A “5 meal ideal” will help you manage your weight, keep your cool, maintain your focus, and avoid cravings.
4. Exercise daily
Did you know that daily exercise can reduce all of the biomarkers of aging? This includes improving eyesight, normalizing blood pressure, improving lean muscle, lowering cholesterol, and improving bone density. If you want to live well and live longer, you must exercise! Studies show that even ten minutes of exercise makes a difference — so do something! Crank the stereo and dance in your living room. Sign up for swing dancing or ballroom dancing lessons. Walk to the park with your kids or a neighbor you’d like to catch up with. Jump rope or play hopscotch. Spin a hula hoop. Play water volleyball. Bike to work. Jump on a trampoline. Go for a hike.
5. Get a good night’s sleep
If you have trouble sleeping, try relaxation techniques such as meditation. Or eat a small bedtime snack of foods shown to help shift the body and mind into sleep mode: whole grain cereal with milk, oatmeal, cherries, or chamomile tea. Darken your room more and turn your clock away from you. Write down worries or stressful thoughts to get them out of your head and onto the page. This will help you put them into perspective so you can quit worrying about them.
Nowadays, everyone wants to be seen as holistic.
Pro Energetic has been dealing with this essential topic for many years and has been developing products and equipment for holistic health since 2001. We do not only use selected raw materials, but also work with a special technology for product refinement, which makes the products particularly effective. This technology works through the transmission/storage of special, health-promoting frequencies. This process, which can be imagined as the storage of data on a CD, increases the efficiency and enables a maximum effective result. Pro Energetic uses two-stage YCTinside technology for this purpose. Thus the levels body spirit soul are addressed equally and make a completely special harmony possible.
