Try to stay in this position for about 60-90 seconds.

The bow begins in the prone position. First you bend your leg as far as possible. Then you almost reach behind your back with your hands and try to grab your legs at the ankle. When that is done, try a few gentle rocking movements. Again, hold for between 60-90 seconds.

The tree is performed while standing. The feet should be parallel to each other and the back should be straight. Now shift your weight to the left foot and place the right foot on the inside of the left thigh. Now bring your two hands together in front of your chest so that the palms of your hands touch each other. Then slowly move your hands up over your head. Make sure that the hands touch during the entire exercise and hold the position for 60-90 seconds.

It is of course important that you continue to breathe evenly and never hold your breath.
