Liver on Vegetable Bed

INGREDIENTS

1 small slice of beef liver
1 red onion
1 pointed pepper
1 small courgette
1 tomato
5 mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

PREPARATION

2) Rinse the tomato and cut into small pieces…
