Try to eat only three meals. It is important to start with breakfast. This is the most important meal and should not be missed. Snacks between meals should be omitted if you do develop a feeling of hunger in between, a healthy snack in the form of fruit or a few nuts is recommended.

Limit yourself to sweets and alcohol. You eat healthy food, but you drink alcohol or sweets regularly.

If you stick to it, you will be able to lose weight.
